NEW
The new Procera AllZirkon high-strength zirconium oxide crowns.
These crowns exhibit high flexural strength of 1200 mpa, and are indicated for the posterior region. Prep requirements are the same as our regular Procera AllCeram crowns. These copings are excellent at concealing underlying surfaces, such as amalgams and root fillings.
- Thinner .4mm copings provide extended esthetic capabilities for use in the anterior region & the premolars.
- 0.4 T: Enhanced Translucency - optimal natural tooth color matching.

We have been working with the Procera all ceramic system for several years and are pleased to report we have had great success with the system! Our doctors love its easy preparation and cementation procedures and patients love the beautiful, vital esthetics of the all ceramic material. For those of you not familiar with Procera following are some highlights:
- Procera is the highest strength all-ceramic material available to date. It exhibits a high flexural strength of 687 MPa.
- Indications are single unit crowns, and three unit bridges, for any position in the mouth. Many of our doctors routinely prescribe them in the posterior due to the high success rate of Procera.
- Preparation and cementation procedures are very similar to those of standard crown & bridge techniques; rounded chamfer preps and conventional cements are indicated. No dentin bonding required!
- The aluminous oxide substructure is a biocompatible alternative to metal and is guaranteed against breakage for five years.
- Last, but certainly not least, our Procera restorations are beautiful! The veneering ceramic was specifically designed to complement the translucence and fluorescence of the aluminous oxide core. The result is a beautiful, natural looking restoration that will blend harmoniously in the mouth.
